Customer text line
Text us at (442) 300-3111
Our text line answers right away, day or night, and every conversation goes straight to the people at the airport, so when it can't help you, one of us can.

What you can text us for
Fuel prices & supply
Today's Jet A and 100LL prices and how much is in the tanks, with a heads-up when a fresh load means the price is about to change.
Fuel receipts
A receipt is texted to you automatically after you fuel. Need another one, or one from last week? Just ask with your tail number.
Arrivals & reservations
Tell us when you're flying in, how long you're staying, and whether you need a hangar or tie-down. We add it to our calendar and text you back the details.
Gate code
Registered customers can ask for the current gate code, and get the new one texted automatically whenever it changes.
Hours & Wi-Fi
Our office hours today, and the guest Wi-Fi password for the pilot lounge.
Anything else
Ask your question in plain words. If the text line can't answer it, our team will get back to you.
A real person is always in the loop
The text line is an automated assistant, but it never works alone. Every text you send, and every reply, is sent to all of our airport employees as it happens. That way:
- When the assistant doesn't know how to help, it tells you it has passed your question to our team, and the conversation is flagged for us to follow up.
- If your message asks for several things, it handles what it can right away (adding your arrival to the calendar, say) and hands the rest to us.
- We can see when something isn't right, step in, and call or text you ourselves.
Need a person now? Call the office at (760) 399-5961, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 7 days a week.
Getting started
The first time you text (442) 300-3111, we'll ask for your name, tail number and fuel type (an email address is optional). That's all it takes to register: after that we recognize your number and your aircraft, and you'll get your fuel receipts and gate code updates by text.
Write the way you normally would. Some examples:
- “What's Jet A today?”
- “Arriving Friday around 2 PM, staying through Sunday, need a hangar”
- “Can you resend my receipt for N123AB from yesterday?”
- “What's the gate code?”
